- Okay here is goes, I have been searching for an answer for days now and I could really use some help. I had originally bought a new LCD display for my Dell C610. Dell had my LCD display listed as a SXGA but when I opened it up it was an SVGA and I needed then to buy a new ribbon for the screen to work. Now after I replaced the ribbon and everything worked for two days. Then the coupler on the power strip below the LCD screen came loose and shorted out my motherboard. The company where I bought the new LCD and the ribbon replaced my motherboard with a new one. Now my screen color is really bad and the screen is a lot larger than the LCD screen. I have a Radeon Mobility AGP driver, I am at my whits end and could please use some help.
